I wanted to give Gary 6 stars but 5 is the most they'd let me. I recently listed my house with Great Ocean Properties because from the day he appraised my house, Gary showed a genuine interest in my plans for preparing the property for sale. He really understood what I was trying to achieve and his enthusiasm helped me get it all done. Once the listing went live, Gary communicated with me every step of the way through the sales process and ultimately, he achieved an incredible result in a very short time. So yes, this is a glowing review and on top of all that, he's just a really great guy. 6 stars.
