Very Happy with the Service Received from Feng
Feng has been very professional and helpful right from the start when we were viewing the property to the settlement. He has gained our trust to have him as our rental agent for our brand new townhouse after us buying the property through him. He is very responsive, never complains, going the extra mile to help with window covering measurements etc. He gives very good advice on how to select the right tenant. We are very happy with the service we received from Feng and Great Ocean Realty.

Feng is a very reliable agent.
Feng was with us every step of the way when we purchased a property off the plan. He always made himself available to answer any questions we had or to view the property. If he wasn’t sure of something he always made enquiries and got back to us ASAP. I would not hesitate in recommending Feng as an agent.

Feng sold me a townhouse in Labrador off the plan
Feng was very honest and was very helpful every time I had to ask a question. Would always call straight back if he was busy. Advised me of the building would be very good quality which it is.

Excellent service and attention to detail
We purchased an investment town house off the plan from Feng. He was working with Coe Constructions who are excellent builders and the project has just been completed and on time as promised. Feng has also selected our first tenant who will move in this month and the whole process has been managed by Feng with minimal input required from us so we are delighted with the outcome and would recommend Feng unreserveably to anyone requiring the services of a reliable agent.

The BEST agent ever!
I highly reccomend Feng! After 10 years of buying, selling and renting properties I have never come across an agent as GREAT as Feng. He was honest, reliable, hard working and such a nice person. Good Agent
I recommend him as Agent when my friend want to sell the property. Because He is honest and no need advertise fee. Feng Gao is totally different from my former agent. In 2013 my former agent First National was bad guy, he said your only way is auction then advertised Ill Health Forces Sale and he underlined my proposed price and changed $760,000.00. My property was 23 Cessnock close Mermaid waters, water front. After Auction My friend said your property is $1 Million. First national cheated me.
