Fairhaven remains one of the more tightly held areas on the Great Ocean Road. With its superb, long sandy beach and arguably the best surf life saving club on the Great Ocean Road and it's all only a hop, skip and jump from this fabulous beach house.
Exuding memories of past summers and set on an expansive block of around 1229m2, this classic beach house is only 300 metres from the pedestrian underpass, allowing for safe passage underneath the Great Ocean Road directly onto the beach.
Set on a sheltered, north facing block, the house comprises three good sized bedrooms, multiple living areas, main bathroom and laundry. With timber floors throughout the living areas and featuring an open fire in the loungeroom. Bright beachy internal colours remind you that you are by the sea, although the sounds of the crashing waves will do that as well.
The large but low maintenance block provides suitable privacy but doesn't mean that the weekends will be spent maintaining the garden.
