Excellent agent
We met Karen from Great Ocean Road Real Estate when we were looking to purchase a house in Lorne. Karen has a great knowledge of property in the area, and was able to guide us in finding a property we absolutely love that has everything on our checklist. She was responsive and open through the whole negotiation process, keeping us very well informed along the way. We were very happy with her support and advice through the negotiation and settlement processes. Overall Karen has been a wonderful agent to deal with!

Very professional!
Tyrone has managed every aspect of the sale of my mother’s apartment. He organised cleaning and maintenance to be completed quickly so the property could be presented for sale at an optimum time. It paid off as the property was sold within a month. Tyrone’s professional approach instils confidence. We found him to be an excellent agent.

Good result
Tyrone was accessible and good in his communication as to progress and indications of interest from prospective purchasers. He was accurate in his estimate regarding valuation at the onset and helpful in his advice on how to present the property for sale. Over all I had a good experience with him and his office.

Works for you
We found Tyrone to be diligent, responsive and to go the extra mile. His negotiation skills, and those of the wider practice, were evident in both the selling of our property but then also in the property we bought (Tyrone was also the agent for the purchased property). In having this experience we found that Tyrone was very good in maximising value for the vendor, in both cases! But, that is only fair. I would have no hesitation in working with Tyrone again. Even though choice along the Great Ocean Road is limited, Tyrone and the team at Great Ocean Road Real Estate (Lorne) are trustworthy and professional.
