Peter had previously sold our harbour home unit at great price and very quickly. I returned to him for the sale of another property. The location was different as was the type of building and it presented multiple challenges such as condition and access for agents due to current occupancy. Cassandra from day 1 was a delight and very helpful, Cassandra would answer any questions and communicated constantly with me throughout the sale letting me know she had a lot of people interested in my property.
