From the very first time I met Cassandra I was amazed at energy, honesty, enthusiasm and attention to detail. I was putting my duplex in Maryland for sale as my mother had passed away and I am going back to the family home. The entire process was very professional, guiding me what to do and also what was not needed to be done. I was involved in every step of the process, including the staging, having me there while the photographer was there, and informing me of everything that was happening. I could not believe that it was sold at the top price in the range specified within a week of the first inspection. To say I was ecstatic was an understatement. I would recommend Cassandra every time if I was asked about agents. 5/5
