We met Brett when inspecting a property in Coomera Waters in late June 2024. My Wife and I found Brett very personable and honest. He was interested in what we were looking for in a property and what our price range was, He also expressed his disappointment about a number of bad experiences we had with other Selling agents in the area and wanted to assure us he would do his best to work with us and his Customers for positive outcomes. This particular property was over our budget, However Brett kept in contact with us to see how our quest to find a property was going and said he was also looking for properties in the area that may be suitable. 2 weeks pass by and Brett called to offer an inspection on an off the market property that he felt met our brief. That night we inspected the property, Made an offer and have found our new dream home in Coomera Waters. Brett has continued to be a great support throughout the process with us and we look forward to shouting him a drink in our new home when we move in. We went into unconditional a few days ago with our property purchase in Coomera Waters after almost 6 months of active searching. Dealing with Brett has been such a pleasant/easy experience, especially when it is still considered a seller's market at the moment. As I wrote in the headline, Brett is very honest, transparent and professional in every communication we have. And he addressed/accommodated all our queries and questions thoroughly and promptly.
