Greg was in the process of starting off on his own but was more than happy to take on the sale of my property. Greg patiently explained the whole process to me & offered Open House I was not a fan of open house but thought why not My house sold on the FIRST day of advertising/open house I put all my trust into Greg who delivered the great outcome. In my opinion Greg went above & beyond to achieve this outcome He is a very friendly, pleasant man who puts everyone at ease Would definately recommend Greg to anyone who is selling or buying property.

As I wasn't able to attend the property, Greg checked it's readiness for sale. He advised me on any details that required my attention. The property sold within one day of the listing and settled successfully without any assistance from me. He was professional and respectful, even making contact with the neighbour to ensure that the dividing fence was repaired. I would use Greg's services again when either purchasing or selling.
