We had a difficult decision in having to list our family home after 60+ years of my parents building, living there and raising 5 children. We called Greg and asked him to come and give us some ideas on selling it. Due to the circumstances Greg was very respectful of his approach to us and our family home. Initially we talked about the house and what it means to us as a family, what lovely times we have had there over the years, what our parents had done to build, maintain, add to and bring up children in said house. He made us feel at home with him, he was respectful of our emotions and shared similar experiences to us. This was before we even talked about the house in general and what houses are selling for. We spent a long time with him for our first meeting and felt he didn't have to rush off to something else. Once we had decided to go with Greg, it was smooth sailing from there onwards. Greg kept up the communication at all times and was very prompt with his communication. We had a few hiccups along the way and Greg helped us to solve them and move forward. We felt even more comfortable as Greg is a local born and breed man and knew the area well and was able to talk to clients about our beautiful town, what we have to offer and the history of our family home. We really couldn't fault Greg at all. In fact, we have recommended him to others, and we also have another family home on the market through Greg. It's been an emotional rollercoaster, but Greg has been so accommodating of our emotions which had made us feel more than comfortable and accepting of the sale. I would advise anyone wanting someone who really cares about the individual rather than the sale, then go with Greg.
