We recently sold an investment property through Campbell and we couldn't be happier with how he operated. From preparing the house for sale, to the professionalism he displayed throughout the campaign and on auction day. He was easy to deal with, he communicated with us regularly and nothing was ever a problem. Campbell continually went above and beyond! We had the tenants moving out on the Monday and we needed the whole house painted, the carpets dry cleaned, furniture brought in and the house professionally cleaned by the following Monday (with a public holiday on the Friday!) Somehow, Campbell organised all of it. He arranged tradespeople to come over and quote, complete the work and made sure the house was looking fantastic and ready to put on the market in less than a week. He held opens during the week and on both Saturday's & Sunday's, maximising the number of people that could view the property. I trusted that he was always giving us good advice and was genuinely doing what was in our best interests. This all payed off for us on Auction day when we had a number of interested parties bidding and the house sold for above our reserve at a difficult time in the market. I could not recommend Campbell more highly!
