During lockdown we were faced with one of the biggest challenges in selling our investment property(apartment). Cheryl helped us navigate through the selling process during this time and although it took a while, Cheryl never gave up and always kept us informed. We had a very good experience considering everything became a virtual selling process. Overall we were happy with the end result and found Cheryl to be very professional/knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, especially in regards to negotiating the best price during Victorian lockdown period which in itself was a huge fete. Cheryl is our property manager for 5 years and she is the best! We are so thankful for all of Cheryl’s efforts.
