Knowledgeable and helpful
Jamie was a knowledgeable and helpful agent who confidently guided us through the auction process. He gave us clear explanations of terminology and real estate processes, and was very helpful, even with properties that he wasn't directly working on. He was friendly, personable and pointed us towards properties that would meet our needs.

Cannot recommend highly enough
If you are looking for an agent who is professional from start to finish Luke is the perfect choice. This is the second home we have sold through Luke and his team and despite selling in a challenging market we couldn’t be happier with the way he handled our sale. He worked so hard to deliver us a competitive auction and pivoted throughout the campaign adding extra open homes for buyers to ensure we got the best result on auction day. Luke is extremely attentive, honest and a very open communicator - we felt consulted right throughout the process. Easy stress free
Nick was absolutely amazing with everything it didn't matter what time of day or night he would always answer any questions I may have had big or small. He was easy to understand when explaining the market values of my area extremely polite. If I need to use an agent again he's definitely the man for the job and I'd recommend him hands down

Sold before on the Market
Nick and the team reached out and asked if I wanted to sell my property that they were managing the rental side for me. I advised Nick I would think about it and we came up with a price I would be interested in selling at. Nick held an open home with people he had on his books and had offers on that night, three days later we sold for the price I needed, never even advertised or on the market. The only downfall was the timing of the year and the lack of communication after the sale and finally getting the purchaser to sign the paperwork which was 5 weeks later.

Professional and positive
Luke was at all times professional and positive, as an vendor who lives a long distance from our property Luke and his team at Griffith RE went above and beyond in preparing and presenting our property for sale. I believe his sincere and professional approach engaged with potential buyers ensuring a successful auction.
