Luke is an agent that is on your side
Luke and I executed on a less than typical selling strategy. Luke was keen push the sale the way I envisioned and fought for me throughout every stage. Considering I was overseas during the entire sale, Luke handled everything beautifully and kept the threads between all the parties massaged beautifully. Without Luke, no doubt this would have been a crazy endeavour.

Great work Luke
Luke was very professional. He could not have been more helpful leading up to the auction. What really impressed us was Luke's assistance after the auction. Although he had already secured the sale he went out of his way on a Public Holiday to show us through the property again. Thanks indeed Luke.

Just sold with GRE
After renting our property out through Griffith Real Estate for the last 8 years and then making the decision to sell, we continued our great longstanding relationship with Luke Papandrea and the team, and would recommend their services highly. Selling from overseas was a daunting prospect but Luke kept us fully informed every step of the way with regular out of hours Zoom meetings with updated reports, consistent communication and was always on hand to give advice if needed.
