Good choice.
We recently needed assistance in selling our house. Choosing Griffith Real Estate proved to be a good decision on our part. Tony and the team took us through the process in a professional and caring way. They always kept us well informed and were prepared to change strategy when required. When progress was slow they always gave us an honest appraisal of the situation. There was no “set and forget” strategy here. Karan was always cheerful and helpful and Luke proved he is an accomplished auctioneer.

Fantastic, from first inspection to the hammer
Luke was nothing but supportive and helpful from the beginning. From organising a private inspection to the congratulations after the auction. Being first home buyers we were very uneducated and he guided us in every way he could. Never over looked us and kept communication at all times. We are very grateful to have dealt with him and are looking forward dealing with him again.

Fantastic agent.
I wasn't expecting to find the most outstanding and professional real estate agent right here in a country town like Griffith. My wife and I saw it was a seller's market, so we asked Luke to design our sales strategy and do what he thought best. We didn't interfere, allowed him to be the artisan of his trade and he delivered. Luke secured around 20 bidders at the auction for our investment property. (Testimony of the respect the buyers had for his honest and hard work). Luke was enthusiastic, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I were so grateful we could put complete trust in Luke. All we needed to do was hand over the keys and Luke delivered. (I've already contacted Luke about selling another property).
