Great agent if you are selling
I'm sure the seller will be extremely pleased with Nick, however as the buyer, I felt that Nick was a little pushy. Whilst I appreciate that some people genuinely stall and take their time, Nick needs to appreciate that sometimes the 'extra time we need' is to ensure we have covered off all of our check list.

What a team. Professional and efficient. Luke was very attuned to the market and negotiated a fair selling price that would attract potential buyers. The campaign he put together was stunning. Three interested parties came the week before the first official open house and by the end of the final couple walking through the property we had a great offer. Amazing work. Luke kept his finger on the pulse from beginning to the final exchange of contracts. Level headed and professional throughout.
