I have known Melinda in both a professional and personal capacity for years and was delighted to be the first listing on her books when she started her business. While the sale of my home did not occur as quickly as anticipated, she delivered on everything she said she would with weekly feedback, buyer comments, offers with professional advice on all and carried me through the contract process from signing, contract conditions and subsequent inspections.
