Robert has outdone himself

I contacted Robert in relation to a property I wanted to sell. I had previously marketed the property with another agent for over four months without a single contract on not to mention huge marketing costs that I parted with. From my initial phone call with Robert I had a sense he understood what was needed to obtain the desired outcome. Within a week of going to market Robert had interest from buyers and in week two had a contract in front of me that was going to get the deal done.
