Anne Williams
Anne has been efficient in finding us a buyer and when one sale fell through, through no fault of hers, she immediately found another purchaser. She maintained constant communication in regard to the sale and the terms of the contract, and also the status of the deal. Anne really knows her business and is a very pleasant agent to work with.

Excellent agent
Anne Williams was an excellent agent to work with, she was very polite, caring and passionate, I would highly recommend her to anybody who is wanting to sell their house, 👍🏼👍🏼

Wonderful Agent
I recently sold an investment property in Ballarat and could not have been happier with the results. I had been told by a friend who lives in Ballarat to ring Anne and discuss the best way to sell my property. Anne met with me and was extremely efficient and professional. She knew the market, listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I wanted for the property. Within days of meeting Anne, everything was organized and I was amazed at her energy. She went above and beyond what I expected. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use Anne again if and when I decided to buy or sell again.

Great sales skills
We had three other agents look though our house, and then we met Geoff. From that moment we knew that he was the one who had the ability to sell our home. Geoff was confident that he could sell for us in a short amount of time and at an attractive price. He did deliver on this. It seems that if you give Geoff a good product to sell, then he will be able to sell it. Geoff seemed to take a more old fashion sales approach, with more experience and sales ability. I would highly recommend and would use Geoff again.

Excellent agent.
Anne was an agent that went above and beyond. Down to earth and great at communicating. Really tried hard to sell my house and thanks to her it did sell. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic!!
Anne has been like a dog with a bone... persistent and keen. She has looked after us as vendors from the start, ensuring that we know what is happening at every step. Anne achieved a sales price that we were very happy with and when the first sale fell through she got a second buyer interested very promptly. We would be more than happy to recommend Anne as a sales agent and to use her as an agent when we have further real estate business.
