Location^3 - Communication^3

The mantra of estate agents is location-location-location. Perhaps. But for vendors it's communication. What are prospective buyers saying about the property? How does the price sit? What's good and what's bad? What should we change? It was in this sector that we found Ben excellent. All very well having the knowledge (which we found him to have), but if this isn't communicated then it counts for nothing. For us it counted for a sale.
