Predictable and stable
I have been renting out with Guru Properties for more than a year. Lakshmi has been approachable, practical and honest. Overall approach seems to be more down to earth with an attempt at finding a a good tenant rather than the securing the highest rent possible. I had some communication issues with some of the employees where my calls were not being returned/emails not responded to in time. But things usually get sorted out with Lakshmi's help. Appreciate that they stagger out the repairs so that it doesn't come in a huge chunk of expenses. Financial reports are clear and understandable. Happy that they are handling the council and utilities. All in all, recommended.
