Friendly and always follow up, but did not ensure tenant clean up the property properly.
Michelle is friendly and always provide quick response in attending to my queries. However, she should have ensure the previous tenants clean up the place properly before handing over. 50% of the whole place is still in bad condition and my partner and me have to clean up the entire place again. Top shelves not cleaned, oven not clean, drawer underneath the faucet not clean, the rails of all the sliding doors not cleaned, just to name a few.

House Sale at Sunnybank Hills
Sunny was engaged to sell our property at Sunnybank Hills. As much as the market is hot, we knew the property wouldn't be easy to offload due to the easement running through the property and being positioned in the middle of sloped terrain. Sunny managed to found a couple of buyers which falls within our sale range. However, the place was currently tenanted and the buyer wants to move in after settlement. The negotiation went on for quite a while and Sunny was patient through-out the process. Sunny managed to convinced the buyer to buy the property as it is in the end considering the rental lease is finishing in 6 months. Overall we are happy with the outcome and appreciate the effort put in by Sunny.
