Positive and Enthusiastic from the first introduction
The attitude of Ben and Brett was positive and enthusiastic in order to get the best offer for our property, their communication with members of the family was always very courteous and respectful as our knowledge of current market trends in our area and the options available to us was at times was limited. The team maintained contact with us throughout the preparation and lead up phase to selecting a date for the properties release, the final combination of the various marketing strategies that they proposed and their personnel skills, resulted in the property being placed under offer within 24 hours of being released. Am I happy with Benjamin and would I use his services again, the answer would have to be "hell yeh" what idiot wouldn't.

Brett is very honest and extremely easy to deal with
Brett and the entire staff at Hagens in Woodlands are probably the best agents I have dealt with in recent years. Brett was always very punctual and professional throughout the whole "sale process" and made a normally stressful experience, trouble free. Spot on service and a great outcome
Ben and his mother and business partner Gail was our agent for a recent sale of our long term family home. Ben was great with his advice and help and we loved the video he organised. Very relaxed, yet professional

Highly recommended agent
From the beginning to the very end my agents Ben and Gail were amazing. The last time i sold a property was 12 years ago and lots of things have changed. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was as painless as possible. Uttmost curtisy was shown regarding home opens and i felt safe knowing Ben was familiar with my home.Both agents were proffesional but also warm and caring. Selling a home can be stressful but i didnt have a chance to feel that way .My home was sold in less than a month and right up to handing over the keys Ben was there for last minute repairs .His team have amazing tradespeople whom they can call on quickly aleviating any last minute problems. This experience was as painless as possible and i had total confidence in this local agency
