Sean handled both our purchase and the related sale of another property. He was knowledgeable of the area, upfront and easy to communicate with. Although he is busy, he was responsive. He also has good staff and systems in place that ensure a fairly streamlined process from start to finish. We have bought and sold a number of properties over time and Sean was very efficient and got a good result for both parties. I'd happily use him again but after 14 houses I think I'm done.
