We met James for the first time at a Sunday viewing of the house amid hundreds of others. After a few questions and on taking James’ advice, we made an offer. Late evening we received the telephone call with the good news delivered in his excited tones that matched ours! We found James to be highly professional, patient, knowledgeable, all the while quietly ascertaining our situation and family without a single probing question. The following week on request, he was able to arrange a private viewing for close family members. In our contacts with James, we had every phone call answered (rare from experience) and question covered to satisfaction. He has been most obliging, offering space and time when needed. Julie & Jamie break the stereotype of realestate agents. They're down to earth and thoughtful. We had never sold a house before but Jamie graciously and transparently guided us through the process. Answering all our newbie questions. Julie and Jamie gave us great advice on how to display and prep' the house for the home open. Julie knows the market so well, that it sold only days after the first home open. Can't recommend this mother & son team enough!

We contacted Julie and Jamie to put the feelers out on potentially putting our place on the market,we set up a face to face appointment for the following week,in the mean time we found our dream home,made a offer subject to sale which was excepted! We contacted Julie to let her know we’re selling !and within hours a photographer session was booked,face to face done,house on market a few days later, and under offer by the next week,we’re now in our new home and couldn’t be happier!
