We met James for the first time at a Sunday viewing of the house amid hundreds of others. After a few questions and on taking James’ advice, we made an offer. Late evening we received the telephone call with the good news delivered in his excited tones that matched ours! We found James to be highly professional, patient, knowledgeable, all the while quietly ascertaining our situation and family without a single probing question. The following week on request, he was able to arrange a private viewing for close family members. Julie & Jamie break the stereotype of realestate agents. They're down to earth and thoughtful. We had never sold a house before but Jamie graciously and transparently guided us through the process. Answering all our newbie questions. Julie and Jamie gave us great advice on how to display and prep' the house for the home open.
