The experience my sister and I shared buying our house with Haiven property group was quite average. The only variation we had placed on our settlement contract was to have a vacate clean provided by a registered contract cleaner, as my sister has leukaemia. This expectation was not met, followed by an 'invoice' put together at the last minute. We were highly disappointed in the days leading up settlement. I hope with this feedback, it provides other buyers to be aware and mindful of their 'said' contract variations.

Such an easy and smooth experience, selling your property can be such a stressful time but this was a breeze with Rob, nothing but professional from start to finish, has the knowledge and an easy going nature making it impossible to not get along with him and feel at ease, from first meet, to pictures being taken and home opens, we had offers and sold in the first week upon it going online. Robs communication throughout his one of his greatest assets and nothing was an issue, he was accommodating to calls later in the evening due to our fifo schedule.
