James had been recommended by a friend whom he managed to get an area record for. They were extremely happy so when my dad was looking to sell I phoned James straight away. He was professional, considerate, communicated well and the place was sold in just over a week with a short settlement, exactly what we needed. Dad got the price he wanted and was very happy with the whole process. Thanks for your help James!
