Vanessa was amazing throughout the whole process of selling my grandmothers unit. It was a complex, lengthy deceased estate listing but Vanessa was communicative and helpful throughout. She worked with the 3 vendors to achieve an outstanding sale price, and ensured the settlement was completed extremely quickly. This was a challenging situation with 3 different vendors involved who were all looking for slightly different things in an agent, but Vanessa excelled in all aspects. Highly recommend!
