The Easy Part of the Process

It was comforting to have Nic and the Haiven team in my corner during a tough process of preparing Dad’s property for sale. I have personally sold many homes, but selling Dad’s home as Power of Attorney was tough with many hoops to jump through. Having a team of professionals and Nic as the sales person made that part of the process easy. Nic had mentioned he had some potential buyers lined up and he didn’t disappoint, with the house sold in just over a week from listing and at a record price for a Strata Titled Unit in Gosnells. Job well done.
