Nic Sauzier assisted in selling my apartment. He talked through my worries with me, worked around my work roster and was happy to have direct contact with me to prompt quick replies. He did an incredible job from beginning to end. His positivity gave me confidence in my decision to sell and choosing him as an agent. He advocated for me and made me feel comfortable knowing I was making the right decision, no question was a silly one and he could get an offer I would be happy with - and in the end got an offer that shocked us both. His willingness to work around my schedule and his bubbly personality was extremely inviting and I could not be happier with choosing him as an agent. He made the whole process so easy which was extremely helpful for my FIFO work schedule. Remaining highly professional yet it felt like I was talking to a friend gave me reassurance through every step of the process. From considering to sell all the way to settlement I enjoyed every step of the way.
