Henry is Director and Licensee of our Haiven West office. With over 28 years of experience in Western Suburbs real estate, Henry brings a career defined by leadership, integrity, and a passion for bespoke agency practice. From his early roles as Director and part-owner of Acton Real Estate, to his partnership at Gordon Davies Real Estate, Henry has built a wealth of experience that shaped his vision for client-focused firms. In 2012, he realised his ambition to run his own agency by purchasing Riverside Real Estate — later rebranded as riverandsea real estate. Henry led with distinction, growing riverandsea into a respected local agency, and is excited to now be embarking on his next chapter at Haiven. A lifelong Western Suburbs local, Henry is a passionate advocate for the lifestyle and community that make this part of Perth so special. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him on the tennis court as an active competition player and past president of the Peppermint Grove Tennis Club. His proudest role, though, is being dad to three wonderful daughters.

Gerald has over 40 years sales, marketing and commercial negotiation experience. His principal educational qualification is the completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Western Australia, and he has lived in Perth, Sydney and Canada. Prior to embarking on a career in Real Estate he has worked in State Government Departments (Corporate Affairs and W.A.Tourism), Financial Sector trading system and information sales (A.A.P. Reuters and A.P.Dow-Jones Telerate), Public Broadcasting and Executive Recruitment (Drake Consulting). Over this time he has gained a great deal of experience in the fields of Marketing, Sales, Promotion and Advertising. For over 30 years he has worked as a Real Estate Sales Consultant, specialising in the Mosman Park area. In this time he has acquired considerable expertise in the areas of Residential Sales, Residential Subdivisions, Strata Titles, Commercial Sales, Leasing and many other areas of Real Estate. Gerald has lived in Mosman Park for over 35 years and knows it well! He is an active participant in many sports and an active member of the community. He was a founding member and inaugural President of the Bay View Saints Masters swimming club, and is a long standing member of the Fremantle Football Club, as well as the Fremantle Sailing Club. He is married with three children, all of whom attended local schools.
