And I worked out that I saved over $5000 in fees compared to if I had chosen the other main agent in Mosman Park (and they didn't even think I was aiming for an achievable price!). Henry is friendly, professional, honest and trustworthy, and is very knowledgeable about the local market. He is humble and straightforward with a calm demeanor, and is not a pushy real estate agent who goes for the hard sell, but provides good advice if you ask for it. Henry listens to what you want and works hard to achieve it. I liked how Henry kept the process of selling simple and easy for me, everything was laid out clearly and explained well, and the lines of communication were kept open throughout the whole process.
