Paul had a good handle on the local market. Being an apartment complex, he knew what apartments in the complex and next door had recently sold for, so he knew what we could expect. This helped to set expectations at the beginning. I felt that Paul worked really hard to bring this sale in and get it completed as well. This was the part we were most happy with. Whilst it is a buoyant market, apartments still seem to take some work to sell and Paul didn't shy away from this. We were able to be very hands off whilst Paul organised everything and did the leg work to get it sold. The settlement process was also a really positive experience. Paul made sure we got any minor issues sorted out and was on top of everything to make sure we got to settlement prepared and ready. I'd recommend Paul to others.
