Bob was a wonderful agent to deal with. He responded quickly to inspection requests and made the buying process very easy. Bob was fair, friendly, upfront and open during price negotiations, which was so much better than other agents I was working with regarding the contract of sale. He also went out of his way once the settlement happened. Bob happily met me outside his defined work hours to hand over the keys since it was difficult for me to get to the office before 5 pm. Bob really knows the area he is working in, too. I'd be more than happy to buy another place from him in the future because it was an easy process, transparent, fair and pleasant experience compared to some purchases I have been through in the past.
