Walter has been actively engaged with the sale of my property. Things like giving feedback and conclusion after each open house; negotiating with potential buyers; updating recent activities about the saling progress and overseeing through the whole saling process from start to the end. The most impressive thing is that Walter is trying his best to maximising the sale price of my property despite I would accept a lower offer of price. He was able to tackle difficult problems and discontentment raised by the buyer and deal with these issues in a manageable and resolvable manner. I am satisfactory with the outcome of these interventions. Thank you Walter.

Walter Kubiak (Hall and Partners) acted as our agent for the sale of our property in Endeavour Hills, 3802. The property was sold after just three inspections and in under a month. Walter guided us through every step of preparing and presenting the home, and his support was a key factor in the quick and successful outcome. We wish Walter all the very best in his future endeavours.

Bob was on time for our first meet up, which was refreshing. Originally we were thinking of auctioning but he knew the market well and advised us to do a private sale, which was successful in the end.

We decided to sell after being in our family home for 30 plus years. We could not have asked for a better experience with Bob, Leigh and the team at Hall & Partners. The entire process was explained thoroughly, we always felt very supported and the knowledge and experience Bob and the team shared. Chen was also extremely helpful and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the sale process. We could not be happier to have had this team sell our home.
