For anyone looking for great real estate agent, you will be amazed by Bob! Form the first enquiry to sell our property Bob had demonstrated excellent communication skill and knowledge of the market in the area. Advised us on how to increase the value of the property by investing in some minor R&M. On all Open for inspection, full review was provided about potential buyers and offers. After the sale of the property continued with service by providing us with necessary documents to complete the tax return as this property was an investment. All the concerns or questions we had where handled professionally and in the timely mater. Thank you Bob for a great experience, we will be back.
