Exemplary!
Went above and beyond, by having patience with us cleaning up the house, to helping us find a rental before our house was up for sale, very friendly, honest, transparent and on the ball through out the whole process. Would definitely recommend!!

Our experience with Bob was very extremely positive and he simplified the process for us.
We were lucky to have come across Bob. At our first meeting it was very clear that he had an extensive local knowledge of the area. He realistically appraised our unit and gave us excellent advice on improving its appeal and sale ability. The sale went through very smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for him even during this difficult time. The sale price he got for us was more than we had expected. Bob will get the job done
After interviewing numerous agents to sell our property we decided to appoint Bob.. He wasnt pushy, was very knowledgeable with the area, very professional , had a good track sales record .. We decided to sell the property at auction however we managed to sell the property before auction with a 60 day settlement.. Bob always kept us up to date throughout the process, was very prompt in responding to our queries and closed the sale with expected price. I will not hesitate to utilise Bobs services again for future sales.
