Super fast sale as promised! Very happy
We had previously had a terrible experience with another agent from another popular company in trying to sell the same property. So we were cautious and honest about our concerns straight away with Leigh. He really listened and assured us that this time would we would have a positive experience and outcome. He assured us that the property would sell within two weeks, and again while we were nervous with promises such as this, we were over the moon and couldn't have been more happy when we got the offer we were after within 4 days. We would also like to give special mention to Irene who we dealt with primarily. She was great! She made us comfortable from the first meeting and was prompt with any communications needed. thank you Irene and Leigh

Best of the Best......!
We purchased 2 x properties through Leigh and sold one through Leigh as well and we cannot be happy enough till this moment with both decisions we have made . You will never be disappointed with Leigh nor his team, if we are to ever purchase or sell a property in future it would only be through Leigh. His advice is always the best to go for and would highly recommend him for first home buyers and future investors.

Competent and understanding
I am not a fan of Real estate Agents yet I found Bob to be extremely understanding of our needs. (We are a charity sourcing properties to house the homeless.) Bob displayed great professionalism and his communication was honest and direct. He was not your typical game playing agent, rather he addressed our needs and respected them. Full marks Bob for being one of the 'good ones'.

Getting it done!
It was a pleasure dealing with Leigh. He is energetic, enthusiastic and has great knowledge of the local area. He was always accessible, prompt to respond and operates with integrity which is something that can be hard to come accross in the real estate industry. His sales associate Irene was also great in facilitating the sale of our house as she displayed a desire to obtain the best possible offer through her hard work and diligence.
