I was very impressed by the way Leigh Hall conducted the sale of our property at 3 Morris Court. He was very knowledgeable about the market, gave expert advice of presentation, negotiated an very satisfactory price in a very difficult market. It was that latter skill which particularly impressed me. No great skill is needed to sell when the market is booming but Leigh sold well in a very poor market. that is why my review has the title it had. I would add that if we were buying or selling other property in Dandenong or environs we would not hesitate to use Leigh again
