Leigh was very knowledgeable of the housing market. He not only got us the price we wanted but he also managed to get the perfect purchaser in that they were willing to keep our tenants on after settlement. This was very important to us as they are long term tenants and have kept the property in a perfect condition and always paid the rent on time. Leigh was very friendly and approachable. We felt that we could count on him and could always call him if we had any questions. This is the second deal I have done with Leigh. There is a gap between the asking price and the bidding price. He shows the initiative to finish the deal. He is honest.
