I don't think I've ever experienced a more dedicated and reassuring real estate agent as Penny Brosnan. Mine was a very difficult situation, selling my brother's home from interstate, with the added complication of a change in title. Penny organised tradesmen and cleaners as needed and kept in close touch with me by phone and email. I had the sense that she cared and wanted to help. And she certainly did, her competent and reassuring manner making the experience a lot less traumatic than it may well have been with another agent. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
