Not what we expected - poor
The rental was dirty and did not match the description of rental report. We have spend 1 week cleaning the house from top to bottom and it took 2 hours to complete the Rental report as none of the information matched up to our apartment. It appeared that the rental report had not been updated for at least a few years. We mentioned that our property did not meet expectations and little was done about our complaint. There are heaps of cracks in the plaster, oven and stove were not cleaned. Floor in the laundry was meant to be fixed before we moved in and is still not fixed 3 weeks later. Real Estate agent is not taking any responsibility.

Great Property Agents!
We have using Ham Kerr Property in Balwyn for 20 years now and have always found them to be professional, efficient and extremely helpful. We have recently had a change in tenants at our property in Windsor Crescent Surrey Hills. The turnover was seamless with the unit only being vacant very briefly. We have never had any problems with the tenants that Ham Kerr Property find for us. Couldn't be happier!
