Couldn't be happier!
Phillip was relaxed, and thoroughly professional in all his dealings with us. I requested a property sales appraisal from 5 agents, and Phillip's was outstanding in every respect. He offered us the best terms and conditions, and sold our block at Boreen Point in 4 days! And he sold it at a price well in excess of the top price other agents had quoted me - a fair market price which reflected the real estate boom at the time. I have already recommended him to family and friends in the area.

Purchase of land in regional township
Found Phillip to be professional and engaging. Knew the area well where we were purchasing a block of land and the history of the area. Attended to details of the contract in a timely manner and given lock down impacts, managed the sale process well. His role as a former councillor is valuable to provide some indications of what areas to consider in approval processes. Would recommend Phillip to prospective sellers or if dealing with he or his business for purchasing, know you are getting an honest view.
