I highly recommend Helen and her team to anyone looking at selling their house.
I had come across to several different agents in the Underwood/Mt Gravatt area including the famous franchised Real Estate Agencies. Happy Real Estate – Helen Peng is simply stands out! She is communicative, interactive and professional – not only with great industrial knowledge, but also attitudes that make you feel peace of mind when a few issues came out during the process of selling the property. Helen and the happy real estate team are fantastic to engage with.
Helen from happy real estate was amazing, she made the transition from auction bid to home owner very smooth. We had constant communication and engagement from the agent right from our initial enquires when searching for a property, right up until the day of settlement. There were unavoidable delays and some small bumps along the way in this turbulent housing market, but every issue was quickly communicated, addressed and resolved quickly. Helen and the happy real estate team are fantastic to engage with and I would recommend them going forward.

Impressed with Helen for being professional, patient and efficient.
Recently sold our property. My husband and I were both impressed with Helen for being professional, patient and efficient. She learns about the history of the property and the owner's expectation through lengthy consultation. Great help offered during the staging process. Great with communication by being responsive to all. Most importantly, we sold the property after first open house!
