Always Positive and kept communications active.

I felt comfortable with Helen as I had got to know her over the years. Rather than go with an auction we asked for expressions of interest and later put a figure of our expectation for the sale of our property. It was a long drawn out process mainly due to those wanting to buy not having finance at the last minute. We had delays from the buyers end for various reasons and had to extend the unconditional times as well as settlement. During that time Helen was upbeat and positive even when we were feeling the pressure of delay. She worked with the buyer and kept us informed at all times about how they were progressing and was in the end able to finalise the process. It took awhile longer than both Helen and we wanted but the house was finally sold and we are out the other side. I think looking back we should have looked at the auction as the preferred method of selling our home. Anyway we thank Helen and her team for her time and effort in helping us see our home finalised.
