This is the third time I have engaged Sam to sell a property. As an agent Sam has always been very professional, yet relaxed and capable, and that is the main reason that I have engaged Sam on three occasions. Sam is also generally very aware of the current market conditions and was razor focussed on achieving a good sale. Against the tide of changing interest rates, and impending economic uncertainty, the sale went smoothly and in a straight forward manner. In this most recent instance the house was dated and needed to be modernised and shoozed up for sale. Sam was excellent at providing insight into the market and in making suggestions on how to improve the interior of the house and the property for sale in the modern market. Lots of work but everything went smoothly. The final sale price, and quick time to sell, was a reflection of the advice/work provided by Sam and his wonderful colleague Ashleigh at Harcourts. I would highly recommend Sam as an agent.

I have now bought and sold with Sam and both experiences have been great. My house was sold within a week of being on the market. Sam is extremely knowledgeable about the market and a great communicator. Nothing is too much trouble and he is friendly and quick to respond. Ashleigh is also amazing and an asset to the team.
