Friendly, reliable, hard working agent
Grace stayed in contact with me from the moment I discussed selling my home to the day we put the sold sticker up. That was over a year time period. Grace gave encouragement, gave suggestions when asked and was patient and understanding when delays occurred. THE RESULTING selling price was what I wanted and the settlement acceptable. Grace was always friendly and engaged and responded to questions quickly. Selling my home was not an easy process all the time but Grace made it a pleasure and ultimately a great success. I definitely recommend her.

A job well done!!
We could not have been happier with the process of selling our house through Sam Oborn of Harcourts Adelaide Hills. Between Ash and himself, no stone was left un-turned in finding a deal that suited our scenario best. Their performance certainly went over and above our expectations. Sam’s point of difference as a real estate agent is that he is actually a really genuine guy. He was very personable toward us and we feel the same was true for any potential purchaser. Finally! An agent easy to deal with!
As a purchaser the relationship with an agent can be strenuous at times, as at the end of the day they are working for the owner. We experienced this over and over finding our new home. Constantly getting the run around and half truths. Sam and his colleague Ashleigh were amazing to work with. Always straight down the line. And never having to wait more than an hour for a response. They made the process so easy. If we were ever to sell our home, Sam and Ashleigh would be the first people we’d call. Thanks again, so happy.

Passionate and friendly, very professional and easy to get along with
