Having shortlisted five agents Sam won through with his knowledge of the area and his relaxed manner. Some of those eliminated were too pushy, some didn't seem to want the job, and others failed to instil a sense of trust. Once appointed, Sam and his able assistant Ashleigh presented in a calm and professional manner, with ultimate success. Sam and Ashleigh guided us through the minefield of real estate with a minimum of fuss. I am comfortable recommending their services to anyone setting out on this course.

Sam was absolutely marvellous as the agent for the sale of my home. I am a single, older woman and I found Sam to be consistently respectful and always helpful. We have recently bought a property in Heathfield, where Sam was the agent. We found Sam to be a delightful young man to deal with. Persistent, but not pushy, he encouraged me to take a second look, as I wasn’t really interested after the first visit. Sam gave us space to wander and chat among ourselves, but when questioned, he was very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam. Even after negotiations were finalised, he rang a couple of times to check if he could do anything to make the process go more smoothly. Sam has been outstanding in every aspect of selling our home. His communication is second to none, always going out of his way to keep us informed. We cant speak highly enough of Sam as our agent.
