Having shortlisted five agents Sam won through with his knowledge of the area and his relaxed manner. Some of those eliminated were too pushy, some didn't seem to want the job, and others failed to instil a sense of trust. Once appointed, Sam and his able assistant Ashleigh presented in a calm and professional manner, with ultimate success. Sam and Ashleigh guided us through the minefield of real estate with a minimum of fuss. I am comfortable recommending their services to anyone setting out on this course.

Sam was absolutely marvellous as the agent for the sale of my home. I am a single, older woman and I found Sam to be consistently respectful and always helpful. We have recently bought a property in Heathfield, where Sam was the agent. We found Sam to be a delightful young man to deal with. Persistent, but not pushy, he encouraged me to take a second look, as I wasn’t really interested after the first visit. Sam gave us space to wander and chat among ourselves, but when questioned, he was very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam. Even after negotiations were finalised, he rang a couple of times to check if he could do anything to make the process go more smoothly. We talked to 4 high profile agents in the area and Sam was the stand out choice for us over all the others and he didnt dissappoint! He was the only one to ask what we wanted and with tertiary qualifications under his belt he was able to be strategic throughout the sales process. Other than the fact that our home was sold in 2 weeks of being on the market ( when others in similar price ranges have been on the market for weeks/ months) for a price we were very happy with Sam was able to put us onto people to get our home ready for sale who were a pleasure to deal with. He works as part of a team with everyone and he has done well to be able to have his assistant Ashleigh ...she is amazing! She coordinated , communicated and was always available throughout , she clearly ran the process behind the scenes and was invaluable!. They are a team that once you know of them you d not go with anyone else. While this is obviously a space to write a recommendation spiel I would seriously encourage anybody looking to sell to just make a time to meet with Sam and at least discuss the possibility of working with him and decide for yourself.You may always wonder if you don t... We will definitely be going back to them in a few years time to sell our next property in the hills and recommending them to friends/ family.
