Sharon enabled us to get our house quickly on the market through her hard work and knowledge of the industry. As a result we had out first open inspection within a week, which resulted in an offer and sale of our property. We'd highly recommend Sharon.

Sharon provided an excellent up front strategy on how we should go about marketing the property and how to attract the section of the market that would be interested in and be able to afford the property. Her advice on presentation and negotiation was also very good.

When I met with Sharon, she made me feel comfortable and safe. I did meet with another agent but dod not feel as comfortable, however, I was able to negotiate a slightly better deal with Sharon. All communication from Sharon was timely and respectful. My house sold in its first week on the market and everything wentthrough smoothly.

I cannot fault either Sharon's knowledge and work she put into our sale. We were kept up to date throughout the sale period with at the least weekly phone calls from Sharon, informing us of open visitors or contract details. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sharon to whoever is thinking about selling their house - if and when we sell our current house we will be ringing Sharon first up with no hesitation!
