It was a pleasure dealing with Sam while purchasing our new block! Sam always made himself available to answer our questions and was genuinely interested in making our experience fun and memorable. He was honest and always upfront, which we greatly appreciated. We had heard fabulous things about Sam and he certainly lived up to all expectations. While we're certain we've purchased the block for our forever home, we'd certainly enjoy working with him again in the future.

Sometimes it feels like you are not on the same team as the agent selling the property when you're looking at buying a house, but this was never the case with Sam. He gave us so much of his time and energy, and seemed genuinely interested in answering any of the questions we had for him. He and his team checked in with us throughout the process, and were able to easily respond and adapt as needed whilst everything was being finalized. At no point did we feel like Sam was just appeasing us for a quick sale, and we really appreciated the little bit extra they did with us to help navigate the complexities of purchasing property.
